I found a bug in the house and I don’t know what it is, how can you help?
Let our certified technician come and inspect your home to identify your insect issues. We can develop a treatment plan specific to your needs, and recommend things you can do to help keep your home and property less attractive to insects and wildlife.
What kind of service plans do you offer?
We offer everything from a onetime treatment, twice yearly preventative sprays of your home, and monthly service for your business, property, and home.
What does it cost to have you come inspect my house?
An inspection fee will only be charged if no work is performed. Our technician comes ready to treat your problem at the time of your appointment.
What can I do to prevent some of these pests?
Keeping your property free of clutter and overgrowth will prevent many things from entering your home. Keeping areas dry in and around your home will also be less attractive to insects like carpenter ants.
Will the foundation and eaves spray be harmful to my kids or pets?
Our chemicals when applied in accordance to the label of the law severely reduce the risk of any harm to people or pets. People and pets will be kept away while applications are being made to necessary areas. All chemicals once dry are only harmful to the insects.
What can you do about termites?
We offer competitively priced bait systems, which after installation, require professional monitoring. The baits take out the queen and destroy the colony.
How do I know they are Carpenter Ants and not just ants, what do they look like?
Carpenter Ants have a specific body shape that is tough to identify unless you get a profile view of the ants. Some are smaller than others based on age, just like humans, but having us take a look at them is the best. Knowing what is crawling around in your house is the first and most important step in solving the problem.
I keep finding ticks on my pets, is there anything you can do to help?
Yes. We offer tick control through spraying – the entire property, usually two times a year.
What kind of nuisance wildlife do you handle?
We control and remove squirrels, raccoons, woodchucks, opossums, skunks, bats, snakes, birds, and all other Nuisance Wildlife from your home and property.
Do you remove and relocation wildlife or kill them?
We will live trap, seal off entry points into your home, and follow all DEC guidelines for each species trapped. We will only euthanize an animal if necessary or required by law.
